Lessons occur weekly during NSW public school terms, 40 weeks a year.
Lesson fees are paid monthly over 12 months.
Payments are made via nominated debit or credit card on the 1st of the month.
School holiday lessons are available at an extra cost, depending on frequency.
No refunds can be made for payments after they have been debited.

If your child is unable to attend due to sickness, emergencies, or school camp/holiday, please notify us as soon as possible.
For school camps or holidays, we expect notification as soon as the booking or schedule is confirmed. If we do not receive early notification, the missed lesson will be billable as part of the regular term fees.
Make-up lessons are available for group lessons only and will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at admin@corestudiossydney.com to arrange your attendance at one of our other group lessons. Our group teachers will assign homework to keep your child on track.

If there are repeated no-shows without notice, you may forfeit your timeslot at the studio.
After a set number of unannounced absences, the studio reserves the right to charge for the entire term. If your child’s timeslot is filled by another student, we will make every effort to reschedule them into another suitable time.

Payments are due on the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the due date, you will receive an automatic reminder email.
We understand that sometimes life gets busy, so we offer a grace period of three missed payments before any further steps are needed.
After three missed payments, a dishonour fee of $15 will be applied to your account to help cover administrative costs.
If payment is still not received after this point, we may need to temporarily pause lessons until your account is up to date.
We encourage you to reach out to us if you're having any difficulty with payments, as we are always happy to assist where possible.

You are required to commit to the entire term after enrollment.
A notice to leave the studio must be provided in writing to admin@corestudiossydney.com at least 14 days before your next scheduled payment.

We stand behind our music program. If, within the first two weeks, it doesn't meet your expectations, we will refund your investment—no questions asked. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Core Studios Sydney reserves the right to use any photographs/video taken at our teaching locations or at any event hosted by Core Studios Sydney.
Any parent or student who does not wish to have their image recorded or photographed must make their wishes known in writing.
To ensure privacy, images will never be identified using names or any personal information without written consent from the subject, parent, or legal guardian.
